After the Animal Kingdom, we headed over to Hollywood Studios.
The first to do on our list was the Indiana Jones show. I think the boys liked the very beginning best where Indy falls out of the ceiling and climbs down a rope. That and when the giant rock chases him down the hill and runs him over.
Phinneas, Ferb, Lighting McQueen, and Mater's lines were closed when we got to them. The boys were very disappointed that they couldn't go meet them and get their autograph (not the cars of course), but were glad that they at least got to see them.
My mom got a laugh as she did a little singing in the rain!
We then headed into the Honey I Shrunk The Kids backyard playground where the boys ran amuck with giant ants and other super-sized stuff. They especially loved running through the giant net maze.
Even Justin had a little fun in the backyard!
The boys met up with Leo, Quincy, and June...
...and then while Tanner and Justin went to ride the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith, the rest of us headed into Disney Junior's stage show.
It was Minney Mouse's birthday and Mickey needed help with party preparations.
So he called in his friends.
However, they too needed a little help. So they each called in a Disney Junior group of friends for advice. Within the storyline of each Disney Junior "episode", along with some help from Toodles, the birthday party was a huge success!
Handy Manny and his tools fixed a bubble machine, which then blew bubbles out over the crowd. Lucas loved that!
Little Einstein's came next. They had to help Rocket beat Big Jet in a race for the giant trophy. By clapping, waving their arms, and dancing around the kids in the audience were successful in their mission. Rocket was the winner!
Lucas and Hayden's favorite show is Jake and the Neverland Pirates. This was the main draw for them to go into this show. They loved every minute of watching Jake and his friends rescue their treasure from Captain Hook and Smee.
This was probably the least favorite of the four parks for the boys, so we didn't spend a whole lot of time here. However, it wasn't wasted time. The boys definitely enjoyed what they did do.
