Last Sunday, we headed to the zoo. It turned out to be a perfect day - 75 degrees!
This is the not too often seen rhino - Tanner's absolute favorite zoo animal.
He is rarely out where he can be seen. He tends to hide back in the corner of
his pen where you can't see him. Tanner was excited that he was out and walking around.
Mrs. and Mr. Lion were just chillin' in the shade.
They kept telling this bear to get in the water, but he wouldn't listen.
Even the penguins were standing proud for none other than...
the Penguins!

The boys had a great time in the tubes/slides.
To say Lucas was clueless about how to ride these scooters is being kind.
He couldn't figure it out at all. He finally just made like
Fred Flinstone and walked/rode around the circle.
It's not Boxy the turtle, but it'll do for a quick ride!
