JJ turns nine in June making this the last year he's eligible to play in the coach pitch league. Next year he'll have to play in the minor league, where players pitch. JJ has never been interested in sports; however, this year he seemed to show some interest. We told him that he would have to play this year because we would not permit him to start at the minor league level. He had to have some lower level experience. He agreed that he'd give it a try.
He's doing great. He's throwing and catching well and he's batting fantastic!!
We'll catch him daydreaming sometimes, but I think that's just a part of baseball at this age!
