Remembering in his own way

This is Tanner wearing my Grandpa Wise's old slippers. They are huge on him, yet I know he wears them to keep a piece of my Grandpa close and that makes me both cry and smile. Cry because I miss him so much and smile because my boys got to know him, love him, and be loved by him.

Again, my boy and his love for his grandpa Wise, whose watch he wears so often, continues to break my heart and give me joy at the same time.
