After participating in the cake decorating breakout class at summer splash last summer (thank you to the wonderful teachers - Lisa, DeAnna, and Susan), mom's homemade bday cakes aren't good enough anymore for Hayden. He said he'd make it himself this year. He had a blast making it and did a great job.
He made the cake himself.
The pre-colored fondant we bought was rock hard so we returned it and bought white instead. He had fun using the gel food coloring to make his own colors.
Cake done and covered.
Now just waiting for his minecraft guy and tree that he made.
The final product with Steve from Minecraft as his main character.
