In Jamestown, VA we were able to see replicas of three of the ships that traveled with the first colonists to the area. We only toured two of them, but the boys were very excited and inquisitive about life on a ship.
The boys are sitting on one of the beds in the hull of the Susan Constant.
The boys are on Discovery for this picture. They loved the ships, but couldn't imagine the months the colonists spent on them as they traveled from England.
Justin and Lucas were very good at directing photo ops...Justin was telling us to go out on the ship's balcony so he could take a picture of us there.
