Labor day weekend 2012 turned into a full out, all family on deck camp out! We had a blast. The weekends two favorite events included water and firearms. Surprised? Not me.
Nate is a special favorite of the boys...he plays the role of playmate very well :)
Once the water games ended, the firearm games began.
Everyone joined in and played knockout with various guns and clay pigeons.
Three or four shooters line up. When the pigeon is thrown, the first person in the line gets
the first shot at the pigeon. If they miss the second person shoots, etc. Now, there's no
room for hesitation so each round is pretty quick. Tanner and JJ loved learning how to play
and basically enjoyed being included in the fun.
This is when my dad and Wesley were taking their turn at the pigeon thrower.

Uncle Larry gives JJ some shooting and aiming tips.
