Our church's outdoor service was this morning and my parents came and joined us. The boys enjoyed being outside, but it got hot and muggy early causing them to soon lose focus.
The message was on missions, which was ironic as my parents just returned from their trip to Poland. A new perspective on missions was illustrated and was very interesting.
After the service, we had a picnic and then games...kickball, running around, horseback rides. As we had to get to the family reunions, we only had time to eat and get a horseback ride. Tanner left early with my mom and dad, and Hayden wasn't interested in riding a horse. Lucas and JJ on the otherhand were very excited to get to ride a horse.
The couple who own the horses do therapeutic/rehabilitative riding as well, so they had belts with handles making it easier for parents to hold onto small children while riding.
