Attention all nose pickers...that act is now a punishable offense :) at least in second grade.
In the elementary schools, they have a behavior plan that includes tickets and chips. You earn chips for good behavior and tickets for bad. Bad behaviors include for not following instructions, disrespect, and...lack of body control. JJ informed us this afternoon after school that his friend got a lack of body control ticket for picking his nose! I said, "Are you kidding me. That's crazy!". He said, "Nope, he was doin' it. I saw him." Hmm...a ticket for nose picking. Isn't there something more important the teacher could have been doing at that time?
