Every now and again you have the chance opportunity for your child to have a really excellent teacher. I mean, really excellent. A teacher that pours into your child with more than just academic knowledge. A teacher that acknowledges your child and their unique gifts. A teacher that really gets it; who goes above and beyond what's expected of them.
We've been blessed to have had two. Mrs. Barr had all four of the boys in her classroom - Tanner and JJ in 5th grade and then Hayden and Lucas when she moved to 2nd grade. Miss Persons has had Hayden in 4th grade only so far but she's gunning to have Lucas next year and he can't wait.
