Colonel what???

As we were eating dinner tonight, we were talking about words that are pronounced no where near to how they're spelled.  We got to colonel and Hayden laughed.  Then he pronounced, quite proudly, "When I'm in the Army and one of those colonel guys comes up to me, I'm going to say hi 'co-lo-knee-al' to him and see what he says."  I asked him if he liked running and doing push-ups because I saw those two things in his future if that conversation ever took place.
