Fluid what?

Tanner was talking tonight about JIM Club and who he knew that planned on being there the same weeks as him. It turns out Wesley, Logan Stallsmith, and Noah & Gabe Wiley are all going Session 2, so he's pretty excited.  He also mentioned that a friend from previous years always goes Session 2 as well.  Tanner said, "He's from Canada.  He speaks fluid French and fluid English."

WHAT!!??  I looked at Mr. Smarty pants and said, "You mean fluent?  F-L-U-E-N-T?"

Blushing, but trying to pass himself off as unphased, he smirked and said, "Whatever!"
